How can we partner?

SPIRIT NIGHTS

Turn dinner into a fundraiser! Host a Mambo Spirit Night and bring your school, PTO, or organization together for a fun, flavorful evening. When your supporters dine with us, 20% of the sales from your event go directly back to your organization. It’s an easy and delicious way to raise funds while enjoying our famous seafood dishes, refreshing cheladas, and family-friendly atmosphere.

FOOD DONATIONS

We love being part of local celebrations! Mambo Seafood proudly supports community events, school festivals, and nonprofit initiatives through food donations. Whether you’re hosting a community fair, team gathering, or neighborhood celebration, our flavorful dishes help bring everyone together.

MAMBONIFICO AWARD

Celebrate success, big or small! Mambo Seafood partners with schools and community programs to offer Achievement Certificates—free meal vouchers that reward students for their hard work, good behavior, or academic milestones. It’s our way of recognizing and motivating the next generation while giving families another reason to smile.

Partnership Request Guidelines

Submit your request as early as possible — first come, first served!
We aim to support as many organizations as possible, but donations are subject to budget limits.
All requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks before your event, with any supporting documents (flyer, 501(c)(3) form, letterhead, etc.).
Requests are reviewed 4–5 weeks prior to the event. Our team will notify the contact provided via email with the outcome.
Monetary sponsorships are limited; we primarily donate food to support the most requests.

Spirit Night Form

Spirit nights at mambo seafood

Mambo Seafood partners with local organizations to host Spirit Nights, giving back 20% of each check to the participating group. Guests simply mention the organization at checkout, whether dining in or ordering to-go for pick up, and a portion of their purchase will be donated. Spirit Nights are hosted Monday through Thursday, from 4 PM until close.
