Celebrating Our Roots by Giving Back to Our Communities

At Mambo Seafood, our culture is at the heart of everything we do. From the flavors on our menu to the communities we proudly serve.

Earlier this year, we introduced our Hispanic Heritage Margaritas, two limited-time cocktail collection inspired by the rich traditions, flavors, and stories that shape who we are. But this initiative was about more than just celebrating heritage, it was about giving back to the communities that we serve!

Through this campaign, a portion of proceeds from each Hispanic Heritage Margarita sold was dedicated to supporting two local organizations making a meaningful impact. Thanks to the overwhelming support from our guests, we were proud to officially present donation checks in both Houston and San Antonio.

In Houston, we gave back to the Segundo Barrio Children’s Chorus, an organization dedicated to empowering children through music, education, and cultural expression.
In San Antonio, we supported the Avenida Guadalupe Association, a community-based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the Westside through neighborhood revitalization, cultural preservation, and economic development.

These givebacks reflect what Mambo Seafood stands for: honoring our roots, supporting local organizations, and creating meaningful connections beyond the table. Every margarita enjoyed helped fuel something bigger, strengthening the neighborhoods we serve!
